Beyond the walls: ‘Galerie Contemporaine de Chinon’ (Chinon Contemporary Gallery)

Within the context of the programme ‘Les Encombrants’ (Bulky Items), the work of Lilian Bourgeat is leaving the CCC Tours in order to reach out to the public within the region.

 

From the astonishing stock available, the town of Chinon selected oversized objects which were first displayed at the CCC (first part of the exhibition of ‘Les Encombrants’). This is a series of sculptures on the theme of the car, and more specifically customizing, a popular activity involving the customisation and transformation of vehicles.
